The format
Three days, three shapes
One track at a time, so there is never a talk you had to miss to see another.

Day one, talks
Twenty minutes each, hard cut at twenty. Two stages, one room, nothing running against it.

Day two, labs
Hands on keyboards. Twelve labs, twenty seats each, claimed at the door on the morning.

Day three, the city
Studio visits across Lisbon in small groups, ending on a rooftop above the water.

Afterwards
Every talk goes online within a week, free, with transcripts and the slides.
